STEVEN VLISS

Steven Vliss is a L.A. based multi instrumentalist, songwriter and producer.
Originally a drummer in his teens, he started playing piano and programming synthesizers in the early 80's. In the mid 80's he and fellow bandmate Stephen Carr formed the synthpop duo Bungalow Eight.
In the early 2000's he began he began producing and recording for a number of LA and European based independent artists. In 2019 he joined forces with vocalist Steven Cochran and formed Foreign Affaire.
The duo released their debut album "Circadian Rhythm" in January 2025 and their latest single "Misfortune" was released in May 2025

Steven Cochran is a vocalist / lyricist based in Southern California.
With his great love of music, he studied music theory and voice in college, followed by working with professional voice teacher Gloria Rusch for several years, and attending recording studio workshops.
Steven formed the synthpop bands Eloquent & Royal Visionaries in the early 2000's, adding Foreign Affaire to the mix in 2019.
